I want to give this product a better rating but it is extremely temperamental. Really good when it works and gives you the critical care information that you need in 30 seconds BUT it is just too annoying to use to be something I would recommend. Once you request a sample, it must be run within a set time frame. If the animal doesnt co-operate during venipuncture (delaying you getting the sample within this magic window), or the sample has air in it or some other minor issue, the sample will be invalid and you will go through a test card. This happened more times than I would want and became really annoying. I think it could be a really useful product but I would only revisit it if the manufacturer can do something about the above issues.
