  A very good overall leadership program. Opens your mind to a new world, completely different to the Veterinary world and one in which you gain no formal education when you go through your Veterinary degree. The educators are very engaging and are good at distilling down the core principles so that the take homes are clear and easy to implement. We learnt many skills during this course that we now use on a daily basis. Some of the skills learnt have saved us from making bad hires or have helped us make the necessary movements when someone isnt the right fit within the organisation. The only negative I would point out from our personal experience was to do with some of the education resources. Some of the resources were just books written by a commercial author that had a topic that was related to what we were learning. Be good if some of the resources were a bit more tailored to the course, perhaps being authored or put together by the educators themselves.
  Overall, would definitely recommend for a general overview of the managerial and leadership world and highly worthwile for any business owner looking to improve their non clinicaly skills. I would treat this as a necessary investment for any business owner serious about takign their business to another level.
