  • We have engaged Vet Cx’s services for over 5 years now. We initially engaged them to provide virtual (offsite) reception services for our practice. This proved to be invaluable because shortly after engaging them, COVID hit and we had to break our team into three micro-teams and only had one receptionist. We were very busy and the additional remote support from Vet Cx proved indispensable in maintaining our customer service and inbound call management. Since then the team has integrated seamlessly with our practice and many of their receptionists now know some of our regular clients well now! Vet Cx also offer other services including customer service testing, mystery shopper services and benchmarking against local, state and national competition. Overall a great service and Michael, the owner, is always willing to accommodate your requests. Highly recommend
