  Have had extensive use of Smartflow over many years. After growing frustrated with the technical help and the lack of interest in innovating and developing more features, we decided to try Vetcheck. Vetcheck has been a great experience. Luke (one of the co founders) has been extremely helpful to deal with. He is very patient and happy to help with any of our queries. He is also very happy to listen to requests on what we want from the system and we have already seen him add some features to the system based on our requests. The system is highly customisable and is genuinely innovative. I particularly LOVE the electronic consent forms. This was something that Smartflow couldnt (or wouldnt) do and was extremely frustrating in terms of workflow efficiency. Now, we can email an estimate and consent form to a client in advance of a procedure. These forms are customisable and allow you to include add ons that owners can tick at their leisure in the comfort of their home. Once signed, the form is automatically attached to our Rx Works prior to the arrival of the animal to the clinic. Our admit times have gone from 30 minutes to 5 minutes at most. The change this alone has had to our workflow has been worth the investment in this software alone! Highly recommend
