Promotion Period: 20 August 2026 to 20 December 2026
- Eligibility
The promotion is open to Australian and New Zealand citizens who are aged 18 years or over and have a valid Yakkly account.
Employees of Yakkly and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. - How to enter
Eligible participants will automatically receive one entry into the relevant monthly draw when they:- submit a genuine review of a product, service or workplace through the Yakkly platform; or
- apply for a job through the Yakkly platform.
- Participants may enter the promotion each month during the Promotion Period.
There is no additional cost to enter the promotion.
- Monthly prizes
Three (3) winners will be randomly selected at the end of each calendar month during the Promotion Period.
Each winner will receive one (1) $100 gift card, which will be emailed to the email address associated with their Yakkly account.
A maximum of one (1) gift card may be awarded to any individual in each calendar month.
There will be no more than three (3) $100 gift cards awarded in any one month.
A participant may win a prize in more than one month during the Promotion Period. - Draws
The winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the relevant month.
Yakkly’s decision is final, subject to any rights available to participants under applicable consumer law.
Winners will be contacted by email and must provide any information reasonably required to verify their eligibility and deliver the prize.
If a winner cannot be contacted or is found to be ineligible, Yakkly may conduct a redraw to select another eligible winner. - Reviews
Participants are eligible for the promotion regardless of whether their review is positive, negative or neutral.
Reviews must be genuine and based on the participant’s actual experience.
Participants must not submit fake, misleading, defamatory or otherwise unlawful reviews.
The opportunity to enter this promotion does not require a participant to provide a positive review.
Yakkly may moderate or remove reviews that breach its review guidelines or applicable law. Removing a review does not affect a participant’s eligibility where the review was otherwise genuine and compliant with these Terms and Conditions.
Reviews submitted as part of this promotion may be identified on the Yakkly platform as incentivised reviews. - Changes or cancellation
Yakkly reserves the right to cancel, extend or modify the promotion where reasonably necessary, including where circumstances arise that are beyond Yakkly’s reasonable control.
Any changes will be communicated through the Yakkly platform or other reasonable means. - Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with Yakkly’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Personal information will be used for administering the promotion, contacting winners and delivering prizes, and for any other purposes disclosed to participants. - Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable Australian or New Zealand consumer law. - Governing law
This promotion is subject to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which the participant resides.
